Delivery within Australia

• We offer free delivery for all orders within Australia unless otherwise specified.
• Items purchased from our online store are usually shipped within 2-4 business days and received within 3-7 business days after placing an order.
• Items purchased from exhibitions are shipped once the exhibition has closed.
• All items are delivered by Australia Post or TNT.
• Once your order is placed you will receive a follow up email that has a tracking number and details of your delivery.

International Delivery

• International orders are most welcome. We charge a flat rate of $300 for international
  shipping.
• Items purchased from our online store are usually received within 14 days after placing you order.
• Items purchased from exhibitions are shipped once the exhibition has closed and are usually received within 14 days of this date.
• All international orders are delivered by Australia Post or Fedex.

Returns Policy

• Please contact us directly if you would like to return an item. We accept returns on items within seven days of your shipment being received.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest all returns be sent back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items that go missing or are damaged on their way to us.
