BIOGRAPHY

Casseyanne Woods was born in Nyapari in the APY Lands. She is the granddaughter of celebrated Tjungu Palya artist Maringka Baker and daughter of Elaine Woods. Casseyanne lives between Nyapari and Adelaide, and has painted at the APY Collective Art Centre since early 2024. Casseyanne paints her granmother's story, Minyma Kutjara - Two Women and their journeys across Country in Creation Time.
